This is what Roger Ebert has to say about G I JOE:

"G. I. Joe: The Rise of Cobra" is a 118-minute animated film with sequences involving the faces and other body parts of human beings. It is sure to be enjoyed by those whose movie appreciation is defined by the ability to discern that moving pictures and sound are being employed to depict violence. Nevertheless, it is better than "Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen"

Sweet Marie. I was, at best, ambivalent about the idea of ever seeing this movie, figuring that within a week or two of the DVD (which was sure to come out quickly), fangirls would have taken all the Eccleston scenes and posted them somewhere. And then, having had a bad birthday, and happening to have 4 pair of non-expiring movie passes (long story), I thought, why not sit in the dark and play "Spot Christopher Eccleston" for a couple of hours, if it doesn't cost anything? But -- yeow.

I have to say, though, that that review does conform to what I saw in the trailer. I had the impression that there was a women in leather in that film, but had to be informed that there are, in fact, two, and that they play different characters.
