I am tired

My ambitions were small: to write a little and to walk on the treadmill, and go to bed early.

I still haven't seen the pilot of Sleepy Hollow. I kind of wanted to see that, too.

I haven't had a chance to watch Sleepy Hollow, either. We'll get around to it.

Almost finished with the pilot episode. Tom Mison is indeed endearing - he has such an open face, despite his perpetual look of astonishment (and his classic features.) He seems guileless, but guileless out of conviction rather than through naivete.

Wonder how the British are taking this depiction of themselves. (An English friend of mine likes to argue - from a safe distance - that the American Revolution has been proven in retrospect to have been a bad idea and we'd all be better off now if what is now the United States was part of the Commonwealth.)

Sleepy Hollow will still be waiting when you have time for it! It's very entertaining. Plot holds up to no scrutiny whatsoever, but the character stuff is delightful.

I've gotten about 90% of the way through the pilot episode now (the phone rang, and then I had to leave for something). One thing that impresses me is how thoroughly everybody commits to it. They are really taking this seriously.
