Yum

I made ginger chicken, or Gai Pad Khing, this evening.  Yum yum yum.  It only took an hour, even including the 30 minute soak of the Chinese black mushrooms, and while it was cooking I also baked the rest of the chicken in the oven.  So the chicken of several previous posts has finally been used up, and I am full of ginger and brown rice.

It's only 7 pm.  What am I going to do for the rest of the evening??
