Today I made a chocolate pie

Specifically, this one. It's very easy and doesn't require any cooking other than baking the pie. And the calorie count isn't bad (272 for 1/10 the pie.)

I haven't actually eaten any of it yet (it's for tomorrow) but it looks good.

ETA: We ate it over four days, and it was indeed very good.

One warning: if you buy a ready-made pie crust, and decide to bake the pie in the foil pan the crust comes in, place it on a baking sheet before filling it. Those foil pans aren't sturdy enough to be stable once the crust is filled, and transferring the pie to the oven without spilling will be next to impossible unless you have it resting on something sturdy.

(Did I learn that the hard way? Absolutely! but the pie still looks good.)

It was OK -- I figured out before I tried to put it in the oven that I would need a baking sheet. The spill happened while I was trying to move it from the counter to the baking sheet!
