I am rejoicing tonight

... because I successfully made salmon pla neung see-ewe (Thai steamed fish with soy sauce, scallions, garlic, and ginger). This is the recipe I followed.

It was incredibly fast and easy, and except for slivering some vegetables, there was virtually no prep, and no cleanup. And it was very, very tasty.

I recommend.
